Service
Routine property checks and seasonal care so you do not have to worry when you are away.
Service details
We keep an eye on your home or cottage when you cannot, from regular house checks and garbage pickups to gutter cleaning, power washing, and seasonal opening and closing.
Every property has different needs depending on how often you are here and how exposed it is to weather. We tailor a caretaking plan around how you actually use the home.
For many clients, the most stressful times are when opening up in spring and closing down in the fall. We help with a repeatable checklist so nothing important is missed.
Our process
From first conversation through completion, here is what to expect when you work with Keller.
We start by talking through how often you are here, what you worry about when you are away, and which areas of the house and property matter most to you.
On our first visit we walk the interior and exterior, note key systems and access points, and build a simple checklist for house checks, garbage handling, gutters, and power washing needs.
On the agreed schedule we complete interior and exterior checks, put garbage and recycling out and back, and watch for issues like leaks, downed limbs, or problems from weather.
As needed we handle basic gutter cleaning and power washing of key areas such as entries and walks, and can coordinate with our other crews if we see something that needs more attention.
Around spring opening and fall closing we follow a repeatable checklist, send you notes after visits, and adjust the caretaking plan if your travel patterns or the property change.

We regularly work in Harbor Springs, Cross Village, Alanson, Burt Lake, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, and Charlevoix, along with many nearby towns across Northern Michigan. If you do not see your community listed, reach out and we can confirm whether we currently service your area.
