Service
Keep driveways and walkways clear so you can come and go safely all winter.
Service details
From plowing and shoveling to sanding and ice management, we help keep your property accessible and safer when the snow starts to pile up.
Winters can be unpredictable. We focus on keeping the most important areas clear so you can safely get in and out without worrying about every storm.
Every property and owner has different expectations. We discuss your schedule, access needs, and typical occupancy so we can match the right level of service.
Our process
From first conversation through completion, here is what to expect when you work with Keller.
We talk through how you use the property in winter, who needs access, and what level of service you want—from basic driveway plowing to more complete shoveling and ice management.
On site we look at driveway layout, walks, decks, roofs, slopes, and where snow can safely be piled so we protect lawns, plantings, and structures as storms add up.
We outline options for seasonal contracts or per-visit service, agree on trigger depths and timing for visits, and decide which areas will be plowed, blown, shoveled, or treated with sand/ice melt.
During storms we use the right mix of plows, blowers, and shovels to keep agreed-upon areas clear, applying sand or ice melt in problem spots and communicating around major or unusual weather.
As winter goes on we can adjust service levels if your needs change, and we plan ahead for how snow piles and ice management will affect spring cleanups and turf or landscape work.

We regularly work in Harbor Springs, Cross Village, Alanson, Burt Lake, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, and Charlevoix, along with many nearby towns across Northern Michigan. If you do not see your community listed, reach out and we can confirm whether we currently service your area.
